Employees follow a wage progression schedule and will reach $30.61 per hour after 16 months. In addition, there is a shift premium of $0.50. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. - Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and mechanical issues.
- Install, repair, and/or fabricate new equipment and components as needed.
- Supporting the Tier 1 & 2 operational processes through completion of action cards and rapid response activities.
- Support physical transformation and continuous improvement (GDP) initiatives throughout the facility.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Troy, IL will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Position Success Criteria:
- Ability to operate Rigging Equipment to include nylon straps, wire braded straps, wire braded chain slings, sheet stock handler, rail rack attachment and spreader bars.
