Job Description

What You'll Do We're looking for someone who enjoys working with machines and solving problems. In this role, you'll help keep our equipment running safely and smoothly. You'll use our maintenance system to keep track of repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and help prevent problems before they happen. Your Responsibilities as a MaintenanceTechnician Use our maintenance system (CMMS) to track repairs and help prevent equipment breakdowns Troubleshoot and repair machines used in production and throughout the facility Check equipment regularly and look for potential problems Follow safety procedures, including Lock-out/Tag-out and OSHA guidelines Find solutions to equipment problems and help prevent them from happening again Complete maintenance work orders and communicate with other departments when needed Help with equipment changes, production line start-ups, and troubleshooting Keep an eye on spare parts and let the team know when supplies need to be ordered Share ideas that can improve equipment, processes, and safety Continue learning and building your maintenance skills What You'll Bring as a Maintenance Technician Experience working with mechanical parts such as gearboxes, belts, bearings, clutches, and similar equipment Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems PLC experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Basic computer skills for completing work orders Ability to do small MIG welding repairs Able to read equipment instructions, manuals, and safety information in English Comfortable following diagrams and verbal instructions Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work different shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed A practical, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-focused approach
