Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' prior experience in commercial building maintenance and repairs. Key Duties and Responsibilities
General Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, filling crevices, and cleaning facilities to ensure a tidy environment.Repair Work:
Fix plumbing systems, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment. This includes tasks like repairing leaky faucets, changing light fixtures, and maintaining HVAC systems.Installation Tasks:
Install appliances, fixtures, and other equipment as needed. This may involve setting up new appliances or replacing old ones.Assessment and Reporting:
Identify maintenance needs and report major repair requirements to management. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect issues before they become significant problems.Client Interaction:
Respond to maintenance requests from clients in a timely and professional manner, providing guidance on equipment maintenance and repairs.Outdoor Maintenance:
Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and ensuring that walkways are clear and safe.Documentation:
Keep records of maintenance and repair work performed, including expenses incurred and materials used. Must be available for 24-hour on-call emergency services. Applicants will report to the area Property Manager and will travel between sites as needed. Applicants must be comfortable with professional and polite tenant engagement as needed. Basic computer skills a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and speak fluent English.Job Type:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to
