Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operation across two properties: Field House and Home Court. The ideal candidate will bring strong maintenance experience, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-kept facilities. This role is responsible for performing general installation, maintenance, and repairs of assigned equipment, buildings, and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, pools, and other building systems. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of property maintenance experience and the ability to work independently while delivering quality results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, equipment, and facilities. Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and property systems remain operational.
Maintain and repair:
HVAC equipment Electrical panels, wiring, and property lighting Pools and pool equipment Appliances Plumbing systems Carpentry and general building repairs Electric motors and controls Complete general repairs including drywall, painting, doors, fixtures, and other maintenance needs. Conduct regular property and equipment inspections. Maintain inventory of repair parts, supplies, and equipment. Coordinate and oversee contractors when specialized repairs are required. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma/GED required. 5+ years of property maintenance experience preferred. Maintenance-related training or certifications (CAMT, EPA, HVAC, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of general maintenance, repairs, and building systems. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and replace defective parts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Professional attitude and strong customer service skills. Valid driver's license required. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (24 hours) up to two weeks per month. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks.
