Job Description

WILLOW GLEN SOUTH IN BEECH GROVE, IN IS NOW HIRING AN APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICAN.
Candidate must possess knowledge in HVAC repair, electrical, appliance repair, snow removal and carpentry. Position is an on-call position and will include a rent-free 1 or 2 bedroom apartment (subject to taxation) or a one time per month check in the amount of $350.00 (subject to taxation).
Excellent benefits available:

Also offered is a 401K Program, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Days, Paid Birthday and Paid Vacation after six (6) months of consecutive employment. (Certain Restrictions Apply). Position may also include very minimal travel. Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or the equivalent, have a valid Driver's License in the state in which you reside, and be willing to undergo a Criminal, MVR and State and Federal background check. '
