Job Description

Job Title:

Maintenance Technician Level 1

Location:

Bloomington, IN 47404

Duration:

02 Months (Possible extension) M-F 7am - 3:30pm

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

Candidate will be working inside of a bank Candidate will be driving a client van to multiple area locations Uniform and tools will be provided

Team Overview:

Candidate will be working independently Resource's typical working day: Lock repair Basic plumbing Basic electrical Basic carpentry Minor HVAC PM's Filter/belt changes

Patching/painting Licenses/Certifications:

Driver's license

Must Have Skills:

Basic plumbing Basic electrical Basic carpentry Basic mechanical skills Nice to have skills: HVAC experience

Soft Skills:

Highly professional attitude Excellent customer service skills

Years of Experience:

1-2 years experience Education H.S.

diploma or GED Software skills:

Basic computer skills

Interview Process:

2 rounds, virtual (Teams) with H.M.

Pay:

$25.73 - $28.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have copy of your education? This is 2 months of contract role with possible extension or conversion. Please apply only if you are comfortable with that
