Benefits & Perks Competitive Pay Paid Vacation and Holiday Ongoing Training Opportunities What You Will Do Follow layouts to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on predetermined substrates or mediums. Prepare substrates for vinyl application, which includes cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning. Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, adapting techniques based on the size, type, and complexity of the graphics. Operate and maintain production printers and equipment. Perform pre- and post-production quality assurance by accurately reading Work Orders and proofing for errors. Execute finishing operations, such as laminating, encapsulating, and mounting printed pieces. Work independently on multiple projects simultaneously, proactively prioritizing tasks to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time according to strict due dates. Report inventory levels, alert management when stock needs reordering, and maintain clean storage areas. Perform installations at customer locations or other off-site locations as necessary. Ideal Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in sign production is preferred.

Bonus Skills:

While we are willing to train the right candidate, prior experience with industry software and equipment—such as Onyx RIP software, Mimaki plotters, Epson large format printers, and Colex CNC machines—is a huge plus! Strong self-starter who excels at working independently and managing strict production deadlines without needing constant supervision. Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more) and lift 50 or more pounds. Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table using a back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl graphics to substrates.
