Job Title:
Multi Craft Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our 2nd shift to maintain and repair various equipment including saws, hydraulic presses, conveyors, CNC machines, laminators, glue machines, wrappers, pneumatics, motors, and cranes. The primary responsibility includes performing preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance, with occasional troubleshooting of PLCs, following ladder logic, and checking inputs/outputs. The role demands proficiency in troubleshooting up to 480v 3-phase systems, reading blueprints and schematics, and using multimeters. Travel between plants might be required using a company vehicle, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted. Responsibilities Perform preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance. Troubleshoot various equipment including saws, hydraulic presses, conveyors, CNC machines, laminators, glue machines, wrappers, pneumatics, motors, and cranes. Occasionally troubleshoot PLCs, follow ladder logic, check inputs/outputs, and change sensors. Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v 3-phase. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Utilize multimeters for diagnostics. Commute between plants in a company vehicle as required. Essential Skills 5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience. Mechanical maintenance expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, glue pumps, laminators, saws, etc. Electrical maintenance experience up to 480v 3-phase including LOTO, schematics, and multimeters. PLC troubleshooting skills to check inputs/outputs, follow logic, and replace sensors. Valid Driver's License and clear MVR. Additional Skills & Qualifications PLC editing/programming skills are desirable. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bristol, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00
  • $62400.00/yr.
