Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role is ideal for individuals with strong hands‑on industrial maintenance experience, especially within food production, packaging, or high‑speed manufacturing environments . You'll play a key role in keeping equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems , including 240V and 480V circuits. Conduct basic PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting to support automated equipment. Maintain and repair case packers, case erectors, conveyors, and other packaging machinery . Provide maintenance support for freezers, fryers, and temperature‑controlled equipment . Ensure all machinery operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with production standards. Team members may occasionally experience slightly cooler or warmer areas depending on operational needs. Proper PPE—including a hairnet, cleanroom coat, and steel‑toed boots—is required to maintain safety and hygiene standards Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Brownsburg, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $67000.00 - $83500.00/yr.
