Job:
In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:ensure the plant, building, and grounds maintenance are maintained and in compliance with generally accepted maintenance principles while working independently requiring limited supervision.YOUR ROLE
Be the first point of contact for facility-related concerns and questionsMaintain contact with external vendors in relation to general facility maintenanceWork in coordination with Maintenance Helpers/CleanersPerform painting and clean-up projectsAssisting departmental leadership plant-wide in the development of material and equipment storage solutionsAssisting departmental leadership with housekeeping and departmental organizationStrategizing with staff to accomplish refurbishment of common areasEnsuring a clean, safe, efficient work environment is available to all associatesBeing a critical member of the Visual Factory Management teamPerform minor building maintenance tasksAccomplish preventive maintenance inspections related to facility support systemsResponsible for other facility maintenance items as assignedOther duties as assignedhas context menu has context menuAdditional InformationCOMPANY DESCRIPTION

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role isHiring Pay Range:
USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
