Job Description
Job Summary Crosstown Capital Partners is seeking a full-time Grounds & Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain properties and assist with projects throughout the Columbus area. This is a hands-on, year-round position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking ownership of keeping properties well maintained. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working outside, takes pride in keeping properties looking sharp, and is comfortable handling a variety of projects throughout the year. What You'll Do Responsibilities will vary by season and project and may include: Mowing and general lawn care Weed control and property cleanup Mulch and rock installation Landscaping and landscape maintenance Power washing Light demolition and property improvement projects Snow removal during the winter General exterior property maintenance Operating and maintaining basic landscaping and maintenance equipment Assisting with other projects as needed What We're Looking For Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or a similar hands-on role preferred Comfortable operating lawn and landscaping equipment Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working on your feet throughout the day Dependable and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Valid driver's license and good driving record Comfortable driving a company truck What We Offer Full-time, year-round position $22-$27/hour Benefits Company truck provided for work-related use Steady variety of work instead of doing the same task every day Opportunity to take ownership of the properties and projects you maintain Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Some early mornings, evenings, or additional hours may be required during snow events.
