Job Title:
Maintenance Technician Job Description Join a high-speed manufacturing facility as a Maintenance Technician, where you will help support and maintain production lines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will work hands-on with high-speed production machinery, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and conveyors, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role offers training and is open to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow their industrial maintenance skills. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on high-speed production machinery to minimize downtime and maintain consistent output. Inspect, maintain, and repair robotic equipment used in the production process, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Service, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components. Service, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic systems, including air lines, actuators, valves, and compressors. Perform conveyor maintenance and troubleshooting to keep materials moving smoothly across multiple production lines. Use electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues and implement effective repairs on production equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with robotics in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Hands-on experience with conveyor systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience in preventive maintenance programs within a manufacturing environment. Technical schooling, trade certification, or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related discipline. Why Work Here? Work Environment This is a hands-on role in a clean, non-climate-controlled high-speed manufacturing facility supporting multiple production lines. You will work directly with production machinery, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and conveyor equipment. Initial training is provided on 1st shift to help you learn the equipment and processes. After training, opportunities are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with overtime as needed to support production demands. The environment is fast-paced and safety-focused, with an emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Crawfordsville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
