Job Description

Home Floor Care Specialist - Healthcare We are currently seeking a Floor Care Specialist to support our Healthcare campus through routine floor maintenance, carpet care, and special cleaning projects.
Schedule:

As a Floor Care Specialist, you'll help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our Healthcare environment through a variety of floor care and cleaning responsibilities, including: Dust mopping, damp mopping, scrubbing, stripping, buffing, and refinishing floors Carpet care including spotting, bonneting, shampooing, extracting, and restorative cleaning Vacuuming hallways and common areas according to established schedules Completing detailed cleaning of edges, vents, sprinkler heads, and project areas Operating floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively Coordinating floor care procedures with other departments as needed Observing and reporting maintenance or repair needs throughout the campus Following safety procedures and properly handling cleaning chemicals What We're Looking For Previous floor care or housekeeping experience preferred Experience operating floor cleaning equipment is helpful Willingness to learn and work independently Ability to follow written instructions and cleaning schedules Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Floor care certifications or specialized training are a plus Healthcare or senior living experience is beneficial but not required Physical Requirements This position requires regular walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work in a healthcare environment and safely operating cleaning equipment and chemicals. today to join our Environmental Services team!
