Greencroft Communities Pay:
$14.09-$18.00/hour (based on experience) About the Role Golden Years Homestead is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our senior living community safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in facilities maintenance. Training is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Complete work orders and basic maintenance tasks Assist with repairs, painting, floor care, and building upkeep Support groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor maintenance Help maintain supplies and equipment Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Maintenance, construction, landscaping, or trade experience is helpful but not required Why Join Us? Schedule:
