Job Description
About the Role As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in our production environment, ensuring that high-precision machinery remains operational and efficient. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance through proactive maintenance and expert troubleshooting of complex systems. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure peak machine availability. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures to restore production flow. Manage technical documentation and work order updates within our digital maintenance database. Collaborate with external vendors and specialized technicians to oversee complex equipment installations and repairs. Monitor and calibrate CNC control systems to maintain strict manufacturing tolerances. Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring equipment issues and implementing long-term technical solutions. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, ideally in a machine shop setting. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints and schematics. Strong physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 35 lbs. Proven ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of CNC control logic and troubleshooting. Experience with cross-functional training and equipment optimization. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and safety compliance.
