$27 - $40/hour DOE Founded in 1971, we specialize in manufacturing custom extruded plastic and rubber components for a wide range of industrial applications. Our Elkhart, Indiana, facility, opened in 2015, supports Midwest and East Coast customers with high-quality extrusion manufacturing, modern production capabilities, and reduced lead times. As we continue to grow, our facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, and mechanical production and facility equipment in accordance with company safety and quality standards. What You Will Be Doing Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals; maintain accurate records in CMMS Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams while maintaining compliance and a safe, organized work environment What You Need for This Position High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience in plastics, rubber, extrusion, or roll forming manufacturing Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including motors, drives, conveyors, and gearboxes; PLC troubleshooting preferred Ability to read technical documentation and schematics; proficient with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and CMMS systems What is In It for You Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, STD, and 401(k) with matching If interested, please provide an updated resume and pay requirements to:
