As we continue to grow at our Elkhart, Indiana facility, we're looking for a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, support electrical and mechanical systems, and help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. What You Will Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize equipment downtime and maintain efficient production operations Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, identifying issues before they impact safety, quality, or productivity Diagnose and resolve problems with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, and other automated production equipment Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall plant performance Maintain accurate maintenance documentation while following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with company standards What You Need for This Position High school diploma or GED required; technical certification, vocational training, or related maintenance education preferred. 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment; plastics, rubber, extrusion, or roll-forming experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including motors, drives, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission equipment. Hands-on experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment to identify and resolve production and equipment issues; PLC programming experience is a plus. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation, with proficiency using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and CMMS software.
