Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our team. Job responsibilities may include equipment repairs and installations, pool openings, closings, cleanings, maintaining, and performing preventive maintenance on swimming pools and equipment to assure safe and sanitary conditions. Responsibilities The ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Be able to lead service apprentice with daily job responsibilities to get the job done correctly and efficiently. Tasks may include, equipment installations, pool openings, closings, pool/spa maintenance, and repairs. Must have transportation to and from work ensuring you are on time each day. Respect property of all clients. Properly dressed for all weather. Prepared to work long days with flexible evenings. Qualifications Proven experience as a lead service personnel or similar role. The ability to properly lead and communicate. You have the ability to lift more then 50 pounds. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. The ability to work in all types of weather including cold, rainy, and hot.
