Key Responsibilities:

Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel systems and equipment. Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, refrigeration, boilers, fire safety systems, elevators, and pool equipment. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members. Assisting in the setup, repair, and upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

Requirements:

Skilled in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Able to quickly identify and resolve issues effectively. Reliable with a strong work ethic and good task management. Works well with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Requirements:

Previous experience in a maintenance technician role in a hotel setting is preferred. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational and communication skills.
