Pay:

$20 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM On-Call:

Possibility of on-call rotation as needed

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.) Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Prepare vacant units for move-in Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls when on call Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
