We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing machinery, equipment, or systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or hazards and address them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance plans.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
