Job Description

Overview of Senior Maintenance Technician Purdue University Northwest (PNW) is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. This positions primary functions will be focused at the Purdue Northwest Impact Lab in downtown Hammond. Typically, time will be split between the Impact Lab and the Hammond campus locations. It's possible for travel to other PNW locations. This position will be responsible for daily overview of the Impact Lab and property. Exterior will be checked for garbage and debris and cleaned up as needed. Report larger Grounds issues to the Hammond Grounds Manager. Interior building checks will include general condition, HVAC equipment operation, temperature, lighting and plumbing systems. It is required that this staff member will be skilled enough to troubleshoot and make common repairs independently. The Impact Lab will only require a few hours per day so this position will return to the Hammond Campus and perform similar tasks with the Maintenance or HVAC service staff.
Pay:
$26.00/hour
Schedule:
