- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Complete unit turns, including drywall, painting, and minor renovations
- Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks
- Assist with grounds and property upkeep What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance, construction, or renovation experience
- Ability to work independently
- Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)
- Reliable transportation and attendance
