This position focuses primarily on the production and installation of vinyl graphics and flat-panel signage. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working both in the shop and on-site with customers. Responsibilities Produce vinyl graphics, including trimming, weeding, transfer taping, laminating, and mounting Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and technical drawings Operate shop equipment, including panel saws, cold laminators, and other production tools Install wall graphics, window lettering, vehicle graphics, and flat-panel signs Perform local deliveries and installation projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure all finished products meet quality standards Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working on ladders Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow technical instructions and specifications Clean and organized work habits Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-format printers and plotters/cutters Knowledge of vinyl materials, cold laminates, and sign substrates Previous sign production or installation experience Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday Occasional weekend installations based on customer needs and project schedules
