Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, chains, gears, belts, shafts, and drive systems. Diagnose and resolve electro-pneumatic, electrical, and machine control issues using effective troubleshooting techniques. Use electrical testing equipment to verify continuity, voltage, resistance, and AC/DC circuit performance. Inspect and maintain sensors and automation components to ensure efficient and reliable machine operation. Support equipment installations, root cause analysis, maintenance documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while following safety standards and collaborating with operations teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of maintenance or related industry experience. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues. Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and machinery operation. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and basic maintenance equipment.
