Opening Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support a manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Indiana. These positions are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience with a solid background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose electrical issues using ammeters, ohmmeters, low-voltage testers, and other diagnostic equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and equipment documentation. Troubleshoot and work with PLCs, industrial controls, and control systems. Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems and facility equipment. Use CMMS to document work orders, maintenance history, and preventive maintenance activities. Perform equipment alignment, calibration, and precision measurements as needed. Perform welding and fabrication for equipment repairs and maintenance projects. Safely operate equipment such as scissor lifts when required. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements. Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Hands-on experience with PLCs and industrial control systems. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R, and low-voltage electrical systems. Experience using electrical diagnostic and precision measurement equipment. Welding and fabrication experience preferred. Experience with CMMS systems preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively with production, engineering, and other maintenance personnel. HVAC/R or industrial electrical certifications are a plus but not required.
