Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks across multiple systems. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to overall productivity and efficiency. This is an industrial maintenance position.
Types of work include:
hydraulics, pneumatics, fans, burners, blowers, compressors, motors, piping, fabrication, valves, conveyors, precision instruments, troubleshooting, and more. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues utilizing schematics and technical manuals. Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they lead to failures. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime. Utilize tools for diagnostics and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within the team. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. Familiarity with schematics and ability to read blueprints for troubleshooting purposes. Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics service operations is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
