Job Description

The Pool Doctor is a fast growing swimming pool maintenance company located in Newburgh, IN. We are a fun, hardworking company that respects and treats our employees with dignity. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Work/Project Management o Work with management staff to coordinate work calendar so company resources are most efficiently and effectively utilized. o Monitor progress of field work and report to Field Operations Manager on daily progress. o Perform advanced technical work that other staff are not trained to do. o Communicate with customers on work progress. Supervision of Field Employees o Conduct training of new field staff. o Conduct ongoing training of field staff. o Ensure that all field staff are properly using PoolTrac program. Business Development/Quality Improvement o Work with management team to develop: o marketing ideas and plans o quality improvement ideas and plans o business line or growth ideas and plans o Facilitate customer contacts that develop loyalty and referral business o Continuously look for ways to improve quality of service or processes o Seek out continuing education opportunities related to technical and management skills needed. o Work with management team and staff to promote and maintain the brands of The Pool Doctor and Tri-State Pool Covers through professional appearance, work ethic, and performance. This includes, but is not limited to: o Maintaining professional personal appearance, in accordance with company dress code, and making sure that all field staff do the same. o Maintaining the professional appearance of vehicles, tools, and equipment of the company. o Maintaining the professional behavior expected, in accordance with company standards of conduct, and supervising all field staff to do the same. Qualifications o Minimum of 1 year experience in pool service industry (Preferred) o Excellent communication skills o Excellent time and resource management skills o Strong work ethic and high standards of quality o Professional conduct and appearance o Proficient at use of computer and tablet devices and ability to learn industry used software

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
