Maintenance Technician Details:

Direct Hire position $52,000.00 /annually Third Shift (Sunday through Tuesday from 10:00pm to 06:30am) Conduct regular preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, secondary equipment and fixtures for production. Addresses activity established on the preventative maintenance schedule. Inspect and troubleshoot machinery to identify and resolve issues promptly. Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure machines operate efficiently. Conduct failure mode analysis and plan action for prevention and irreversible corrective action for support.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in injection molding or similar manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machine mechanics. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic computer experience to compose emails and using a maintenance software system for PMs and work orders.
