• $24.00 an hour

Essential Job Duties:

Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Maintaining property grounds Preventative maintenance Maintain and keep a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Qualifications:

2+ years experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!) HVAC Working knowledge and Experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).
