As a member of Property Management, Buckingham offers a total compensation package with competitive market salary, commission- and performance-based incentives, paid time off and comprehensive company-sponsored benefits. Responsibilities As Maintenance Technician , you are responsible for all daily repairs and maintenance of the apartment community. You will perform services needed for HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments.
