Job Description

Maintenance Technician Express Employment is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to support facility upkeep across various properties. Key tasks include general repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and housekeeping. Drive a company vehicle to different locations for maintenance tasks.

Pay:

$21.00/hr

Shift:

8AM-5

PM, Monday-Friday Duties:

Maintenance Technician Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical wiring, and carpentry. Paint and prepare surfaces, maintain grounds, and ensure cleanliness of units. Assist with snow removal, move furniture and appliances, and accompany city inspectors during property inspections.

Qualifications:

Maintenance Technician High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of residential maintenance experience required. Valid driver's license needed. Must pass a background check and drug test.
