Requirements :
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence Prior maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
