Job Summary We're looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability across our operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to support our team with their technical expertise in industrial maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Perform facility repairs as necessary; painting, concrete work, light fixtures, plumbing Install, inspect, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime. Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedules and standards. Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment efficiency and safety. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Requirements Proven experience working in an industrial or manufacturing facility as a maintenance technician or industrial mechanic. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding, and electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including high voltage and low voltage systems. Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
