Job Description
Seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for a New Apartment Complex in Andover, Ks Preferred applicant will have experience in apartment or building maintenance. Preferred applicant will have experience in at least two of the following: Heating/Cooling (A/C) repair, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. Some minor carpentry experience is also preferred. Ability to a pass written maintenance test. Applicant needs a dependable vehicle and must be available for on call emergencies. Must have good communication skills and be able to multi-task. Must have own tools. Expected to maintain and complete work orders for residents. Expected to make ready apartments for leasing. Background check and drug test required. Must have valid drivers license
