Job Description

Currently looking for a reliable maintenance tech/cleaner/grounds person to take care of general maintenance for an apartment complex in Caney, Kansas. Must have experience in the maintenance field. This is a part time position and hours will vary from 10-15 hours weekly and some weeks possibly more. Apply today!! Must be able to pass a background check. Must have own tools and transportation.

Responsibilities Included:

Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Patching drywall and Painting Units Basic Plumbing Skills HVAC knowledge is a plus Cleaning clubhouse/laundry room Completing work orders Minimal landscaping
