Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is a limited supervision position that is responsible for maintaining favorable environmental conditions in the college's building facilities. The Maintenance Technician performs preventive and regular maintenance and repair on all college HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems. A. Must show pride in craftsmanship. B. Ability to do trade related mathematics. C. Must be ability to effectively communicate with other trades. D. Make diagnostic decisions. E. Ability to read and update electrical and control diagrams. F. Must keep up to date on E.P.A. regulations and practices to remain in compliance with refrigerant recovery and reclaiming safe storage Clean Air Act. G. Valid driver's license is required. A.
