Job Description

Perry Reid Properties is seeking a motivated, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Emporia, KS. We believe that teamwork is the foundation of our success, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing exceptional service to our residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in apartment maintenance, warranty work, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs is preferred. Experience coordinating and working with outside contractors is also highly valued. This position participates in an every-other-week on-call rotation . Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and provide their own basic hand tools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property Complete apartment make-ready/turnover work Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds Coordinate with and oversee outside contractors as needed Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance If you're looking for a company that values teamwork, professionalism, and quality service, we'd love to hear from you.
