We are currently seeking to add a Floor Technician to a premier property located in Kansas City, KS! Our idea candidate is dependable, hardworking and looking for opportunity to grow with us!
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them with provided facilities equipment Clean the deck, food court and corridors; remove gum from floors Operate and maintain press was machine, walk behind and rider safely Pressure wash facility restrooms and performing proper vacuuming of escalators Observe and perform safety precautions at all times, utilize proper safety signage Report any safety hazards for proper action Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications Clean and restore building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water, using commercial cleaning equipment Patrol entire site for any safety hazards and/or spills that needs to be cleaned Must have knowledge with stripping/waxing tile floors Carpet extractions Project work as needed

Monday through Friday 8pm-4am
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
