POSITION SUMMARY
Contributes to the efficiency of the warehouse by maintaining the building and surrounding grounds.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform daily cleaning of warehouse. Operate floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment safely. Complete minor building repairs including painting, replacing light bulbs, adjusting doors, repairing fixtures, and other general maintenance tasks. Conduct routine inspections of facility equipment, buildings, and grounds to identify maintenance needs. Assist with preventive maintenance activities and coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors when needed. Maintain warehouse organization by removing debris, pallets, scrap materials, and other hazards. Support safety initiatives by identifying and correcting housekeeping and facility-related safety concerns. Assist with warehouse projects, furniture moves, and facility improvements. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Previous maintenance, custodial, or facilities experience preferred. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and facility maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred. Must be able to read and write so that written instructions can be easily followed. Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures. Valid Driver's License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds or more Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at varying heights throughout the shift. Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures and exposure to dust and noise

High school diploma or GED required
