Job Description
Maintenance Technician:
Great hours and benefits in a rewarding industry! 10-6:30p Our Maintenance Technicians have the responsibility for upkeep and repairs to KETCH buildings, facilities, residential homes and properties. Company provides tools, vehicle for use at work, and a clean working environment. M-F 10a-6:30p plus rotating on-call hours during evenings & weekends. Consider using your work experience and skills to make a difference in our community. EOE Hiring immediately Requirements forMaintenance Technicians:
High school diploma/GED, or three consecutive years of work experience as a maintenance technician Valid driver's license and good driving record Verifiable maintenance work experience Must have general maintenance knowledge and work experience, be able to use hand tools, power tools, and light shop equipment Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or ¼ of own body weight Beneficial work experience- commercial building repairs & maintenance, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, home repairs, home maintenance, maintenance technician, building maintenance engineer, mowing, trimming, carpentry, sheet rock, HVAC, plumbing, glass replacement, door repairs, window repairs, and electrical.
