Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the general maintenance and/or minor repairs to health department buildings and grounds and to do related tasks as required. Responsible for janitorial duties. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, sprinkler systems, HVAC systems, and other building equipment to ensure optimal performance. Maintain company vehicles. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Two (2) years of experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures. Formal training or education in related fields will substitute on a year-for-year basis. Valid driver's license. Background check and drug screening required.

From $15.00 per hour
