Job Description
Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who is committed to maintaining a safe and functional environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Perform routine repairs and maintenance on machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory of supplies. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and health guidelines. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
