Job Description
Must Have Strong experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues Ability to repair, install, and maintain a broad range of machinery and equipment Knowledge of older shapers & hobs (Fellows, Liebherr, Pfauter) Strong knowledge of Fanuc, Mazak (Mazatrol), Siemens, Okuma OSP, Haas (Heidenhain a plus) Knowledge of Renishaw probing and ballbar systems Experience with HVAC, plant equipment, utilities, and facility systems Ability to read and create schematics: hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLC ladder logic, mechanical drawings Ability to perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic rebuilds Troubleshooting skills on CNC equipment (mechanical & electrical) Ability to rig, install, and align equipment Welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG) Ability to cut, weld, fabricate, and machine parts Understanding of shop math and industrial formulas Ability to use precision measuring instruments Comfortable working at heights Ability to lift, move, and manipulate up to 35 lbs Preferred /
