Facilities Technician Full-Time | On-Site | Frankfort & Richmond, Kentucky Apply today at www.aees.com AE is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Facilities Technician to maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and general appearance of our buildings and grounds. This role will split time between our Frankfort and Richmond, Kentucky facilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping every location looking its best. What You'll Do Perform routine janitorial and cleaning duties throughout our facilities Handle minor maintenance and repair tasks as needed Assist with preventative maintenance to keep equipment and facilities in good working order Maintain grounds including mowing, weed eating, and seasonal upkeep Perform ice and snow removal during winter months What We're Looking For Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or groundskeeping preferred Basic handyman skills and comfort with common tools Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons High school diploma or GED preferred AE is proud to be a 100% Employee-Owned Company and a recognized Best Places to Work in Kentucky.
