Up to $4,300 Day & Night Shifts Available | Overtime Available Why This Role Stands Out Top-tier pay with additional shift differentials Fast-track raises through skill-based pay system Work only half the month (12-hour rotating schedule) Full benefits from Day 1 - multiple medical, dental & vision options 401(k) with strong company match Bonuses, paid training, career growth & advancement opportunities What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, robotics, CNC machines, and automation systems Install and maintain industrial electrical systems, motors, transformers & controls Read schematics and diagnose complex electrical/mechanical issues Program and modify Allen Bradley PLCs and HMI systems Work hands-on with hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo-driven equipment Keep critical production equipment running at peak performance What We're Looking For Strong experience in industrial electrical maintenance & troubleshooting Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and automation systems Ability to read electrical prints and solve problems quickly Experience with high/low voltage systems and industrial environments Requirements Willing to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends Able to pass drug screen, background check, and physical ( hair follicle drug test )

Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
