- Required field. Maintenance Technician The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for a maintenance Technician position on 1st shift in the Hebron, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Maintenance Technician
- $25/Hour
- 6:30a-4p M-F
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
- Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician
- Work directly with manufacturing associates and engineering to troubleshoot and determine corrective actions for issues occurring from production equipment
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure product quality
- Work with tools and machines to create fixtures, workstations, and tools to help production. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Train and support production staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures Requirements of Manufacturing Associate
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read and follow processes documented in English.
