Shamrock Technologies is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Henderson, KY. This is a hands-on role supporting a manufacturing operation where you'll work on a variety of equipment and systems and play an important part in keeping our plant running safely and efficiently. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and would rather figure out why something isn't working than simply replace parts, we'd like to talk to you.

What You'll Do As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment problems, make repairs, and help minimize production downtime.
Your work will include:
Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment Diagnosing pneumatic and hydraulic issues Performing preventive and corrective maintenance Maintaining and repairing pumps, valves, piping, mixers, conveyors, production lines, and other process equipment Working with PLC-controlled and automated equipment, including minor controls troubleshooting Assisting with equipment installations, relocations, and improvement projects Reading equipment manuals, blueprints, and P&IDs to troubleshoot and plan repairs Supporting facility systems, including HVAC, boilers, water, and utilities Performing general facility repairs as needed Following LOTO, hot work, and other required safety procedures Documenting maintenance work, equipment condition, and parts usage Working with Production, Engineering, and Safety to solve problems and improve equipment reliability What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone with a solid mechanical and electrical foundation, good troubleshooting instincts, and the willingness to learn.
Required:
Minimum of 3 years hands-on industrial or mechanical maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles Ability to troubleshoot equipment and determine the cause of a problem Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to read and follow technical instructions and procedures Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Technical training in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical, mechanical systems, or a related field Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics Experience with pumps, motors, valves, conveyors, mixers, or similar industrial equipment Familiarity with PLC-controlled or automated equipment Experience working from P&IDs, blueprints, or equipment manuals Why Shamrock?
