This position is a full-time position Monday - Thursdays, 36 hour work week. Candidate would also participate in an on-call rotation schedule for emergencies. Responsibilities Perform necessary repairs of vacant units for new tenants in a timely manner. Perform routine and preventative repairs on units as scheduled. Complete assigned work orders from tenants and property management staff in a timely and professional manner. Regularly inspect buildings/units and identify any potential issues. Possess strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills. Adhere to safety regulations and identify potential hazards to ensure the safety of all residents and staff. Rotate in on-call with other maintenance team members Perform related work as required. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous building type maintenance preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
