Shift:
2:00 PM-10:00
PM Hourly Rate:
$32.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you will support the operation and maintenance of production and facility equipment at our Louisville manufacturing plant to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and partner with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain production goals. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causes to restore operations quickly and safely Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately in maintenance systems Inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend improvements Support installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment and systems Collaborate with production teams to address downtime and improve overall equipment reliability Follow all safety policies and procedures including lockout/tagout and personal protective equipment requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area to support food safety and operational standards Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED Associates degree in industrial maintenance or related technical field preferred; equivalent industrial maintenance experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting practices Experience working with motors, conveyors, pumps, and automated systems Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Basic computer skills for work order systems and documentation Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience working independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
